What are your prices?
Our base labor rate is $120 / hr. Exact prices vary by vehicle, part quantities, country of origin, and time required to complete the service or repair. For example, a basic oil change on a performance or luxury vehicle may be more expensive due to the cost of synthetic or other specialty oils. We will provide a cost estimate before we begin working and notify you promptly if issues arise during the service. Itemized receipts will be provided. Our goal is to provide quality work at an affordable price.

Do you offer discounts?
We offer discounts for active-duty military personnel, veterans, first responders, students, and seniors.

What forms of payments do you accept?
We take cash, credit, and debit. We do not accept personal checks. If you would like to pay with a check, please bring a cashier’s check or other certified funds.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on labor for completed work. Our technicians are ASE-certified. We invest in modern tools and train our employees in the newest service techniques. However, automotive repair is complex. In the unlikely event something goes wrong, we’ll work with you to make it right, including minor repairs at no cost to you. Refunds involving faulty parts or other unusual situations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
